Nazek founded 'Migrants Voice' a charity organisation led by immigrants  which seeks to develop the skills, capacity and confidence of migrant and refugees.  The aim of the organisation is to amplify migrant voices in the media and public life, provide professional media training and connect migrants who want to share their stories with the media.
